Beef – Fillet Steak 6oz (170g)


The most tender of all the steaks . Very fine grain with light marble speckling. Best served very thick cut and served with a homemade sauce.



Our Fillet steak is cut from locally-reared Longhorn grass fed cattle.  Longhorns produce a finer grained muscle in the meat and an intense marbling of fat which creates a succulence and flavour that is second to none. This is enhanced by a Himalayan Salt Chamber, where the meat is dry aged for 28 days, drawing out the moisture and enhancing the flavour.
