These are unique. Handmade with all-butter puff pastry and, of course, using mature cheddar cheese. These are probably THE BEST on the market, containing more cheese (min 37%) than any other cheese straw available in the UK today. Much more moist than the everyday cheese straws but can also be crispened up in the oven!
