With our crown jewel Apple Cider Vinegar gaining in popularity by the day, we had the eureka moment in late 2018 of blending Apple Cider Vinegar with other clean, all-natural ingredients to give you a refreshing drink that’s lower in calories and lower in sugar that many big brands on the market. We wanted to create a drink that was hydrating, refreshing, rejuvenating and also great-tasting, which is why we settled on the blend of Kombucha, ACV and water drawn from underneath our orchards. We set about fermenting Kombucha from scratch at the farm, trialling small batches and finding our way to the best blends. Our fermeting kettles are named after famous female singers, seven in total – Dolly, Gaga, Adelle, Aretha, Whitney, Nina and Beyonce. When they’re fermenting well, they sing together and (we think) create lots of positive vibes in our kombucha room.
