An alcohol-free kombucha beer. Only four ingredients make the base brew: water, Japanese Sencha green tea, cane sugar and a starter culture called a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast). Fresh Peruvian ginger is then blended to create a refreshing and spicy alcohol-free alternative.
